Christianity for everyone on the Costa Blanca.

Welcome to the Costa Blanca English Church.

A warm, inclusive space for spiritual reflection, prayer, and community—open to everyone, no matter where you are on your faith journey. I am looking to develop groups and meetings throughout the Costa Blanca and welcome ideas and suggestions from those interested in building a community.

Led by Rev. Steven, an ordained Priest and Spiritual Companion, we offer ceremonies, worship, and pastoral care rooted in love, compassion, and acceptance. Please note that I am an independent Minister and make no charge for my services.

About The Costa Blanca English Church

About "us" now and what we want to achieve...

Rev. Father Steven first and foremost is available for you, whoever you are and whatever you need.  From a friendly ear to listen, to prayers, services or other pastoral care.

My goal is to have a “church” (albeit that we may end up with a shed in a field but as long as it´s filled with love, that´s fine) but more importantly a community throughout the Costa Blanca who all share the same beliefs and who all want to come together, meet people, help others (and animals as I am a big softy for the animals) and join together through the love of Jesus Christ.

Please click here to find out more about why I wanted to set about this mission and what I want to do differently to some other Christian Organisations.

About Us

As an independent minister ordained by the Universal Life Church, I offer spiritual guidance and meaningful religious ceremonies in Spain under the protection of the Spanish Constitution (Article 16) and Organic Law 7/1980 on Religious Freedom.

Our ministry is not affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church, the Spanish Evangelical Church (FEREDE), or any other religious entity. We represent a small, independent spiritual community dedicated to serving our members’ religious needs with respect and dignity.

I, Rev. Steven am honoured to provide various religious ceremonies including blessing services, spiritual wedding celebrations, memorial services, and baptisms. While I conduct meaningful religious ceremonies, please note that marriages require separate civil registration to be legally recognized in Spain.

Whilst Christian in our overall beliefs. our spiritual community welcomes all who seek connection, regardless of background or belief. We honor the constitutional right of every person to practice their faith freely and find their spiritual path.

No Charge

These days, everything comes with fees – even religious services.  Whilst in the future we may have to change this, at the moment, everything I do is on a voluntary basis with no charges being made.  When asked if a donation can be made I always say the same – in addition to sharing and spreading Jesus´s love amongst people, I am also an animal lover and so if you feel you would like to make a donation please donate to one of the areas many desperate animal shelters.

Urgent Assistance

In moments of need, wherever possible we aim to be there to support anyone.  Whether you are in a period of difficulty, facing a loss or indeed are dealing with a sad loss right now, I understand that in Spain things can move very quickly but try and help when help is needed.

If you need assistance with the loss of a loved one it would be an honour to be entrusted to care for the ceremonial matters and of course assist you with translations, dealing with the tanatorio and of course providing pastoral care.  Please click here to get in touch.  In the event that I cannot help immediately I will try to connect you with someone who can.

Get in Touch. Get Involved.

I would very much like to hear from you.  Whether you want to enquire about my services or would like to ask for prayers.  Likewise, if you would be interested in finding out more about the group I am looking to form and meetings/services please do contact me.
